Do I need to set an alias before I can play?
No. A default alias will be set for you. However, a unique alias is required since it’s tied to both your affiliate ID and in-game chat identity.
Can I change my alias later?
Yes, but it must be unique across the system. If your chosen name is taken, you’ll need to select another.
What happens if I forget to connect Telegram?
You can still access your account, but you won’t be able to launch games directly through the XGame Bot until connected.
Are deposits chain-specific?
Yes. You must deposit on the chain you want to play with. Balances are shown per chain, but all are part of your unified in-game balance layer.
Is there a minimum deposit or withdrawal?
This depends on chain rules and gas fees. The UI will prevent invalid entries.
What happens if my wallet disconnects mid-session?
You’ll simply need to reconnect your wallet. Your balance and alias stay intact.
